Jeb is an internal software tool built and operated by MKJ Tours solely for MKJ Tours' own business record-keeping. It is not offered to the public and does not process data on behalf of anyone outside MKJ Tours.
Jeb connects to one dedicated Gmail inbox (used exclusively to receive bank transfer notification emails for MKJ Tours' company account) with read-only access (the gmail.readonly scope). Jeb does not send email, does not delete or modify any email, and does not access any other Gmail account.
Jeb reads incoming bank transfer notification emails in that inbox to extract the payment amount, reference/remark, sender name, and transaction date/time. This information is automatically matched against MKJ Tours' internal sales records to confirm that a customer's booking deposit has been received, and a confirmation note is recorded in MKJ Tours' internal Google Sheet. No email content is published, sold, or shared with any party outside MKJ Tours.
To extract structured data from email and message content, Jeb sends relevant text to Anthropic's Claude API (Anthropic PBC) for processing. Anthropic acts as a data processor for this limited purpose and is bound by its own data handling terms (see Anthropic's Privacy Policy). No data is used to train third-party models. Extracted order/payment records are stored in MKJ Tours' own Google Sheets and a private database on MKJ Tours' server.
Extracted payment/order records are retained in MKJ Tours' internal systems for normal business record-keeping. Raw email content is not permanently stored beyond what is needed to complete the extraction described above.
Jeb does not sell, rent, or share Gmail data with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Access is limited to MKJ Tours' own systems and the processing described above.
Access can be revoked at any time by the Gmail account owner via Google Account → Security → Third-party access.
